Cheryl Doran is a passionate, devoted salon owner who has spent 36 years with her sights set on helping everyone who enters the salon and spa industry to thrive and rise to their full capabilities.  

   Cheryl started her business in her home part time while raising a family eventually she focused on growing her business purchased land and built a building to house the business. Today Looking Good All Over occupies 2200 sq ft of this building.   She dedicates her time to training and development all who work with her.    She constantly motivates and inspires her staff to “lead the life they love” and to always “dream big”. 

  Cheryl's selflessness and dedication to the community and her profession are evident by her contribution of time and resources to the local beauty school. Cheryl has felicitated mini seminars for the students in which they practice goal setting and are made aware of the financial rewards and contribution to others available in their vocation. She invites some of the students to her salon where they have some of the services performed on them by top technicians and experience what takes place in a working salon.

On a national level Cheryl has been published in trade magazines, Salon Today as one of the fastest growing salons in America 7 years in a row, received numerous awards, and  recently was part of a motivational recording, Salon Talk to be made available to the spa and salon industry nationwide produced by John Maly’s. 

    Outside her profession Cheryl is instrumental in bringing motivational speakers and seminars to the communities and makes herself available for speaking engagements for the Chamber of Commerce and other organizations. She started The National Association of Women Business Owners in Northeastern Pa.  And was president for 4 years.

      As a result of ongoing participation in  coaching and various seminars Cheryl's current attention is on coaching business to share her knowledge and skills with other business people.  

   Friends and Business Associates would say that her most admirable trait is a willingness to share her success and challenges as a contribution to all. 

  She continually strives to create innovation and culture in the community and bring a sense of possibility to anyone who she meets.

    Cheryl’s resume includes numerous technical and business management seminars through some of the best in the salon industry, REDKEN, The Salon Association, Michael Cole, Doug Coxx, Ann Minecy, Raylon Corporation, just to name a few. 

    She is described by her clients, co-workers, associates, and friends as a dedicated, inventive, passionate leader in her business and in the community.  Cheryl is always there to offer the latest in education and training to her staff and clientele.  She is a great listener with the ability to really “hear” what the client needs.  

   Cheryl resides in Hollywood, Florida with her husband Tony and commutes back to Scranton to spend time with her family, friends, and her dog Sydney.
